Sassy Studio Designs April Off To Find A Wizard New Release Blog Hop

For this hop, we were asked to create a project using a Wizard of Oz inspired Tic Tac Toe Board. Please enter our tic tac toe challenge (link on the Sunday SSD blog). It will run from Sunday, April 28th til Sunday, May 5th. Winners to be announced Monday, May 6th. Here is the card I created using Sassy Dorothy. I was able to make Tic Tac Toe in 3 ways (across - Brick, Yellow, Ribbon, down - Ribbon, Ruby Slippers or Something Red, Flowers and diagonal - Brick, Bling, Flowers).
